
Individual
Therapy/Counseling:
Individual sessions tend to be the most common form of therapy or
counseling. I think one of the most important aspects of counseling is the understanding that everyone's struggle is an individual one. Yes, many people struggle with anxiety or depression, but each persons fears and disappointments are unique to them and often the path out of those struggles is unique. When meeting an individual I endeavor to understand what led that person to this place, what are the unique aspects of this individual and how do we work together to find the path toward a new direction. I have worked with individuals in various walks of life and of various ages. Individuals have come into my office because of years of dibilitating pain and they have also come in because they are struggling with a career decision. My sincerest belief is that we can all benefit from counseling.
